This 90-minute workshop will provide an introduction that teaches self-regulating techniques to control one’s inner peace. The program focuses on the behavioral, emotional, and psycho-emotional components.
The purpose of this workshop is to learn how to “bring yourself up when you are feeling down and how to calm yourself down when you’re feeling stressed and anxious.” In Other words, learn how to self-regulate with natural yoga therapeutic techniques.
Gain a deeper understanding of our nervous system and create a small toolbox with self-healing techniques to foster inner peace.
In addition, a four-week program is available to delve deeper into an educational component of our nervous system along with multiple experiential yoga therapeutic toolboxes of Both easy and effective techniques to support us during difficult moments and challenges in our lives.
