IPATH Teacher Training Masterclass

Teachers, gather your cozy props and let’s meet on the mat, to experience IPATH Integral Postural Alignment Techniques for the grace of your body.  Before signing up for the online 75 hr. IPATH Restorative Yoga,  IPATH Mat Pilates, and the IPATH Master Teacher Trainer certification, This masterclass will allow you to learn, feel, and believe how this unique therapeutic IPATH 5  sequence ends back/body pain. Learning to teach this necessary practice will allow you to help your students age well, end chronic stress, and heal many skeletal misalignments that put pressure on joints. Learn the difference between relaxing and releasing.
