About the Event

We are grateful for you, for helping make the IPATH community so special. We have brought the light to well being and have been committed to transformation practices for many years now, but this year we focus on our gratitude for you, and our practice.

Will you accept our invitation to revel in our 2 hour GRATITUDE PRACTICE, on Sunday December 11, 2022 from 2 - 4 pm EDT, for our 10 year anniversary.

The spirit of giving thanks often gets lost in the daily struggles that surround us. Take time to celebrate gratitude with us. Research shows how the practice of “Gratitude” has a powerful effect on our health and well being.

Practicing gratitude can be a game-changer:

Here are a few of my favorite tips:

  1. Start by observing. Notice the thank yous you say. Is it a habitual response ? Is it a hasty aside, an afterthought? Or genuine?
  2. Smile, and say “Hello”.  Passing someone on the street, grocery store, or your local UPS driver? Eye contact might work, but a nice “Hello” with a smile usually warms everyone's heart, and helps you feel connected.
  3. Name what you are grateful for. When your instinct to say “thanks” arises, stop for a moment and take note. Can you name what you feel grateful for?
  4. Meditate on your relationships. With parents, friends, siblings, work associates, children, and partners using these three questions: “What have I received from __?”, “What have I given to __?”, and “What troubles and difficulties have I caused?”

For most people, pre-existing conditions and posture imbalances affect numerous aspects of daily activities. Pairing IPATH techniques with grateful awareness plays an important role in recognizing and accepting how posture alignment will make a difference in overall health, mind, body and spirit.

Each of us is as different as our fingerprints. Our guided therapeutic practice uses yoga tools such as breathwork, asanas, energy channels, and somatic movement to help deepen the understanding of self inquiry, care, and limitations to empower.

After our Gratitude Practice, you walk away feeling grounded, supported, and revitalized.
