If you've answered  'yes'  to one of these questions then the Are You Good In Bed workshop is what you need to correct sleeping habits that shorten muscles in the neck and lower back, add to scoliosis, and hip pain. These are just a few vital reasons to learn to sleep well. How much sleep do you need? What happens when you don’t get enough? By understanding your body’s needs, you can improve your sleeping position and the quality of your waking life.

Sleep impacts your productivity, emotional balance, brain and heart health, immune function, creativity, vitality, and even your weight. No other activity delivers so many benefits with so little effort!  The good news is  The IPATH Method,  has a sleep-wellness program that will give you the tools to learn to sleep well, with proper positions and overtime you will change your sleeping habits and learn why sleeping flat is the symmetrical position that works best for the whole body.
