This  5 hour cleanse retreat combines IPATH Restorative Yoga practices, Yoga Nidra, a Sound Bath, and a five organic dinner.

 

Integral Postural Alignment Techniques aka IPATH meets you where you are. A series of postures that help  maintain and promote balance, using myofascial release, helpful for those experiencing tension, joint misalignment, chronic pain, and anxiety. This restorative yoga practice guided by meditation and restorative for the body and mind.  The approach uses five  koshas or layers of being sometimes, referred to as “sheaths” or “casings.” believed  to enhance awareness of your inner world.

 

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that is deeply balancing and restorative to the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce anxiety, stress, and  insomnia , while increasing resilience and well-being. 

 

 While resting quietly on your mat with restorative poses, using props and blankets, you’ll bathe under “live” healing vibrations of crystal bowls, tuning forks, ocean drums and other vibrational instruments by Juneous Pettijohn, to cleanse and nourish your body.
