El método IPATH® es una secuencia de asanas de conocimiento y acción. Es un medio para promover la transformación y el descubrimiento en todos los
niveles. Revela las múltiples partes que componen el cuerpo en su totalidad, las lleva a la conciencia y las involucra en un proceso que produce liberación,
conocimiento y empoderamiento. A medida que nuestra postura se deteriora, las articulaciones se restringen y la diferencia entre músculos y articulaciones
tensos y débiles crea estrés. Estos desequilibrios, la rigidez y la pérdida de movimiento provocan una sobrecompensación y señales de dolor en todo el cuerpo.

Basado en nuestro creciente conocimiento del cuerpo humano, IPATH® integra la Liberación Miofascial, el conocimiento de los Puntos Gatillo, el Pranayama
(trabajo de respiración) y las Técnicas de Alineación para romper las capas de malos hábitos acumulados que eliminan el dolor para proporcionar una fuerza
muscular y esquelética estratégica.
