The 75 hour Integral Postural Alignment Therapeutics

yoga teacher training program is a hybrid continuing education program designed to complement  and deepen your current practice with IPATH restorative yoga therapeutics sequences.  The training program is composed of 4 modules totaling 75 hours over 4 weeks. Using yoga tools, an array of props, and gravity, along with interoception and proprioception as core elements in this therapeutic approach. Each module progressively builds upon competencies learned in each module, creating safe, and effective sequences in preparation for Module 4 case studies and practicum. Upon completion of the program certified teachers will have earned 40 contact and 35 non contact continuing education credits.  Teachers will be prepared to integrate  IPATH restorative techniques in small group classes and private sessions.
